The Chardonnay for this wine comes from a warm weather vineyard in the Yountville sub appellation of Napa Valley, and is a single vineyard production. Inspired by the unique fruit profiles and phenolics of chardonnay grown in Napa, this wine captures these unique flavors in their truest form by eliminating secondary fermentation and minimizing oak treatment. The flavor profile is bright, and crisp – like unoaked Chardonnays – while the mouthfeel is creamy and round.
